| Lakewood is a great place to live and
we are always working to make it even better. So after 28 years, Lakewood
is revisiting our Zoning Ordinance. We’re making changes to create
a document that more accurately reflects our community
vision and addresses changing needs. When we’re done, the new
Zoning Ordinance will be easier to use with simplified processes that
enhance the unique character of Lakewood’s neighborhoods. The process kicked off in June 2009 and will last approximately 18 months. Community involvement is vital to the success of the Lakewood! Zoning Improvement process and we look forward to receiving your input and ideas. Check back here regularly for updates on our progress and for information about community events. |
